Der Name Miedl kommt durch deren Pflegesohn Georg Miedl ins Haus. Dieser wird 1926 Bäckermeister und führt ab 1934 die Bäckerei mit seiner Frau Susanne fort. 1965 übernimmt in dritter Generation Josef Miedl den elterlichen Betrieb und baut ihn mit seiner Frau Anneliese weiter aus, bis 1981 ein Umzug in die Geigelstraße nötig wird. 1988 wandelt sich das Stammhaus in Bad Endorf zu einem Frischemarkt mit Bäckerei und Steh-Cafe. 1993 steigt Manfred Miedl, Bäcker- und Konditormeister sowie Betriebswirt des Handwerks, in die Geschäftsführung ein und bringt die Bäckerei mit seiner Frau Angelika, Konditorin und Betriebswirtin, weiter auf Expansionskurs. Im Jahr 2001 wird im Bad Endorfer Handwerkerpark eine neue Bäckerei eröffnet. Die Bäckerei Miedl betreibt heute 21 Filialen und einen Verkaufswagen im Chiemgau.
