No problem, inside were many free tables, but by 8 pm, the place was absolutely full. Not bad for a Sunday night. It took a while, before we were approached for our order, but then everything came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, they even brought out the appetizers and main course at the same time. I had ordered a tomato soup and spaghetti, so I had to wolf down the soup to get to the pasta while it was still warm. But everything turned out yummy and warm enough :-) The waiter was very apologetic and my whole table got complimentary espressos after the meal. Very sweet! The food is amazing, btw. Small menu, but a little something for everybody. And the bread is the B O M B.

The gentleman was so sweet, noticing that we were tourists, and recommended several things. We decided to go with a classic and one 'shot in the dark.' She order the pork schnitzel! Very tasty. I however turned to the specialties, closed my eyes and picked a lamb based dish. Food came out surprisingly fast. Made us skeptical at first. First bite, incredible! The schnitzel was good as expected; however the lamb dish was out of this world!! So amazing!

It's open for lunch most days and less busy during the day. The menu is fairly varied with a big selection of cold and hot starters, fish, gyros and other greek specialities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a selection of drinks including greek beer and, some greek wine. We shared a cold Mezze plate and it had a nice selection of dips, calamari salad and beans. All of these tasted quite nice and I really liked it. For main I had grilled calamari which was delicious although, it had a bit too much olive oil used. The flavour was great and I enjoyed the tender calamari. I also tasted the octopus and it was also amazingly tender. I would happily come back here again and try a few more dishes. Food is good and reasonably priced and the service is very friendly.

We wanted to order the combo platter people rave about but couldn't translate the menu. But I am VERY happy with our selections because they were awesome! For our entrees, we ordered the baby calamari and the octopus. SO GOOD! Seriously the best I've ever had! The pita was also excellent. At the end of our meal, they brought out two shots of something... (we didn't drink it, but this is tradition in Germany, I believe). The host was even nice enough to call us a cab after we ate. Things to know: This place fills up fast so make sure you show up early! The staff doesn't speak much English, so try to know some menu-basics. They only take cash so be prepared. People tip in Germany! Don't be deterred - this place is WORTH IT. I hope I have time to go back before I leave Munich!

The chicken curry was dropped off and we gave it a taste. The chicken had the texture of rubber and the curry flavor was like no other ever had. Something was just off. Then there was the beef and the sour cherry rice. We have had lots of Middle Eastern grilled beef and this was absolutely horrible. The quality of the beef made it uneatable. Normally the sour cherry rice would have helped the food out a bit but the cherries were almost invisible with no taste. This food was a total disappointment. This food was on the expensive side for the quality. Service was pretty good. Bit of a language barrier but made it through. Can't recommend and will definitely NOT return.
