The owner chooses and selects the ingredients carefully... so everything is tasty and different. Today we had a bruschetta with pear/ blue cheese and pecan nuts as a starter. Then we followed with a "hampe de boeuf" with homemade purée and panais flan ... all of this swimming in a delicious foie gras dressing. The price for this : 13,4 € Bravo

I just couldn't stomach the whelks or snails (bigorneaux and bulots.) They were EARTHY (and might be a delicatessen to some, but a bit too real for me.) However, the oysters, clams, lobster and shrimp were delightful. I have to admit, I went in not knowing half of what I was ordering, so it was an adventure - and I'm glad I had it. The server/bar tender was beyond friendly - and really quick to refill our beers and wine. He even ordered us a taxi when it was time for us to trek back to our hotel. Fantastic value at this local spot. Definitely worth a visit.
