This was my first restaurant stop when I came to Chile! What an amazing and memorable experience that I had. The food is flavorful, fresh, and didn't need any modifications to it. I was a bit confused about the menu but the waiter was patient with me and my large party. I wish I had came back to this place since I was so close to this restaurant. After 4 months of being away from this place I'm still dreaming about the Corvina salsa margarita. Hoping I'll be able to fly down to venture here again! read more

Really great old school Chilean restaurant (open in 1967 or so). First, food was really great. Locos (abalone) were perfect and quite large. Machas parmesan were fantastic, real normal size machas (not tiny ones from a can), light on cheese, no crumbs or cream to make them seem bigger. The fried Merluza austral was huge, with a very light batter (other places is all just batter). Same with the fried Congrio and the Reineta. All delicious. Second, service was great. Again old school waiters that know well what they are doing. Third, nice place. Stayed 10days close by and I could have eaten every day here. Triple thumbs up! read more

We originally were going to another restaurant but they were closing for a half day. At the corner of my eye I spotted this restaurant and decided give this place a shot. The food is absolutely delicious, and the wait staff are so nice. I wish we could have gone back just one more time before the trip was over, definitely would recommend this spot!
