Restobar served the soup in a great clay pot, steaming for minutes before it was tolerable to consume. While it may not seem like the most appealing dish, because it's Eel, the flavor was packed with all tastes other than the expected fishiness.
Of course, on a nice day sitting on a patio, you must order a Pisco Sour. Believe it or not, the drinks are more affordable than the food!
Pro Tip: Order the Mix Parmesana (includes clams and oysters) and the larger size of the National Pisco Sour (different than the original Peruvian sour, made different in Chile). They have two sizes, it's a better value to order the larger one.
