If you are going to get raclette anywhere, this is the place to get it! Why you ask? The presentation! Their raclette heater is beyond beautiful! But enough about the heater, the cheese is fantastic and paired with their huge charcuterie platter and big bowl of potatoes and big bowl of salad it is absolute perfection! If you don't feel like you need to be rolled out of there, you didn't do it right! They give you a huge amount of cheese and so much meat to keep you busy. I also highly recommend their fondue. The fondue here is perfect in every single way. The keep an eye out to make sure the fire isn't too hot and burning the cheese and not getting too cold at the same time. If I remember correctly they use three different cheeses in their fondue so the flavor is spot on! We did fondue delivery from another place a week before and this fondue kicked it's butt! I shared this with my mother and when we got the pot, we thought they gave us way too much cheese but we managed to finish the whole pot it was that good! This is a great local spot and I would recommend it to any one in the area. Cozy up next to the fireplace, enjoy some wine and a nice raclette and you'll be one happy person! I've had their escargot, frogs legs and foie gras. All were amazing but the frogs legs were the best that I had in France! They were perfectly cooked, not swimming in butter and really easy to eat! I had hurt my shoulder that day and could only move my right arm so the fact that they were fall off the bone tender and tasty, I was extremely happy! The escargot were amazing as well. The herb butter that they were cooked in was addicting! Thankfully, they give you a basket of bread to soak up all the butter goodness so you can enjoy every last drop! The foie gras was very good as well! Super rich though so be prepared! For dessert they have this amazing melting chocolate ball the reveals pears and ice cream! Not only is it fun to eat but absolutely delicious as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. You can ski right now for lunch and it's really easy to get to for dinner as well.
