Extremely friendly staff. ( I believe husband and wife) real Italians. I was greeted with a handshake at the door. And Colbee ain't no celebrity , I'm just an average joe. Hardworking, sweatpants , sorta guy. Although I threw on fresh Blau jeans for lunch this time.
Once you order your meal they bring a beautiful plate of bread, olives , and dry salami, accompanied with nice herb butter.
We started with the baked mussels (see foto) baked with a tomatoe sauce with exceptionally developed flavor.
I then ordered the gamba pasta with a nice cream sauce and rucola. You have the choice to have it served direct from a huge wheel of Parmesano regg. (See foto) It's so creamy and cheesy . Just wonderful.
After I capped it with an espresso macchiato and then they bring you a shot of liquor. I'm sorry I don't remember the name. But it helped the digestion and was tasty.
