No marinara sauce, just olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar, fresh shaved parmesan cheese and arugula on top. It was simple, fresh and clean and out of this world! Every dish that the table ordered was exquisite - from the tomato and mozzarella appetizers, to a generously sized steak entree (cooked to perfection) and a salmon dish with a fantastic creamy sauce. All the dishes were garnished with fresh herbs grown at the restaurant. If you know me, you know I enjoy my cocktails and the Hugo is a must - prosecco, sweet lime juice and fresh mint leaves - it is sweet summer perfection! Reservations are a must and if the weather is nice, be sure to check out the lovely outdoor patio seating.
