There were plenty of things I wanted to try on the menu. I was craving pizza the most so I went with the Pizza Rasdorf with boiled eggs and white asaparagus (and mushrooms) on it. A local told me that those ingredients are not necessarily local to Rasdorf, but I tried it anyway because it was intriguing. I ate the entire thing (except for the crusts...I rarely eat the crusts) and it was perfect with the hefeweizen. We sat outside and they allow people to smoke out there. That's not unusual but I wanted to point it out in case you are as annoyed by it as I am. If I am in town again, I would try a non-pizza menu item.
