I regularly stock up on frozen vegetables and produce here, and I'm consistently impressed by their selection of organic options. A standout is their organic rotisserie chicken, priced at only two dollar's more than the conventional one -- a nice upgrade that even edges out Costco on value. The store does a great job rotating in new brands, so there's always something fresh to discover. Most items are reliably in stock, though some fruits are seasonal and not always available. The space is well-maintained and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently friendly and ready to help when needed. Beyond the grocery floor, this location offers a surprising range of services: an optical center, a well-stocked bakery, and a separate entrance for the liquor section. Checkout is effortless thanks to plenty of self-checkout lanes, and the handheld scanner gun makes smaller trips even more convenient. The BJ's app is well worth downloading -- it regularly features coupons that make an already great value even better, and you can even skip the checkout lines entirely by scanning and paying directly through the app. For days when you'd rather skip the trip altogether, curbside pickup and delivery are both available. Outside, the tire center offers free air, and the gas station consistently undercuts nearby competitors on price.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unacceptable Delays…read more What should have been a simple purchase of soccer uniforms for our daughter has turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience with Authentic Soccer. Our family paid for the entire uniform and training package on August 26, with a clear expectation that everything would be delivered within two to three weeks. Nearly two months later, our daughter is still missing most of her equipment. Only after repeated follow-ups and complaints did we receive a small portion of the order -- not even half of what we purchased. We have now been informed that the remaining items might not arrive until the end of October. However, the biggest issue is not simply the delay. It is the way this company treats its customers. Unanswered emails, ignored phone calls, disconnected calls, and a complete lack of proactive communication have made this experience even worse. Perhaps the most unbelievable part was being told to direct our complaints to our daughter's soccer club instead of Authentic Soccer. That is simply unacceptable. The club did not take our payment. Authentic Soccer did. The company that accepts a customer's money should also accept responsibility for fulfilling the order and providing reliable customer service. Meanwhile, our daughter continues attending practices and games without the complete uniforms and training gear that we purchased well before the season. We understand that supply problems can happen. What we cannot accept is poor communication, a lack of accountability, and customers having to repeatedly chase a company for products they have already paid for. Parents should not have to spend weeks making phone calls and sending emails just to receive their children's soccer equipment. Based on our family's experience, Authentic Soccer has failed to meet even basic expectations of customer service and order fulfillment. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company. We are still waiting for the majority of our fully paid order.
