A small restaurant + hotel in a small town. I really enjoyed it. The rooms were great, staff was typical dutch-hospitable (which I think is the nicest country in the world, so... awesome). The restaurant was very good. The menu had some interesting traditional-US dishes, which was unexpected. All the food was very good. I had french onion soup and enjoyed it. They recommended the spare ribs, which (given the location) were surprisingly good, and a big portion (near full rack -- I couldn't finish). Good tap selection.
If you're staying in the hotel (which I recommend) the breakfast is very euro, and real good. Fresh OJ machine and the "typical" selection of meat/cheese/breads/pastries. read more
