Not a great option for vegans maybe as every serving is cooked in the same pan, but for me as a vegetarian it's okay, they rinse and quickly brush the wok in between every serving and I just ignore the fact that it's all pre-cooked in the same stock. It's never made me ill and the reason I'm a vegetarian is that meat makes me ill, so if it doesn't hurt me, it shouldn't hurt other vegetarians either. They have a selection of sushi, sides (noodles, egg rolls, saté, soup etc.), fruits, ice cream and of course the fresh vegetables, meats and fish for in the wok and on the griddle. Delicious! Also a super friendly family that runs the place, only too bad the chefs don't speak a lot of Dutch, but the youngest child is adorable and when he's allowed to stay up late he loves to come and chat with people and play with the other children in the restaurant. I definitely recommend that everybody in the universe eats here at least once in their lives!

They served delicious little snack crackers with the tea. Often these are shrimp crackers that leave a taste in your mouth like you've licked an old sea net. These were fresh and crisp with a little bit of heat. Not too much, just a nice flavor. The Vegetable Egg Foo Yong was also delicious. It was clearly cooked fresh with delicate vegetables that didn't overwhelm the omelet. I've had it from one other Chinese restaurant in Zwolle and the one I had here was far superior. It is served here in Holland with sweet sauce. That's initially a shock but in this case, the sauce was subtle and complimentary to the dish versus the other place where the omelet was just drowning in sticky goo. The fried rice was very good as well. Once again, subtle flavors of green onion and egg in the veggie version I requested. Overall, great experience.
