Earlier on the waitress told us that service is a bit slow as they are busy. Fair enough but a reserved table next to ours received its guests (5 people) later on and their food (same dish as us) before us. When asked, the waitress said this was due to them having had reservations, and we didn't! Go figure. The food however was good. If not for the service this review would have been 4-5 stars.

Three of us had the sandwich that came with a couscous salad and I had the smoked salmon pasta. There were all delicious and all had their own signature uniqueness. The server had to switch between French and English with different table and they were superb!

Cozy cafe with an artistic interior design that does its name honour, a view that will make you…read morewant to stay for hours, and a friendly and quick staff that will make you feel welcome. The food though is meh, especially at those prices. Went here for breakfast and got: - Grilled Cheese: They used brie which I guess complemented the glazed pecans, but I personally would have wanted a sharper cheese. Also couldn't really taste the chopped apples which, if sweeter, would've definitely made this better. - Smoked Salmon Bagel: Good quality salmon with a generous enough serving. Yowza though at that price. If you're willing to pay up for the view, the vibe and the great service, this is a good spot. If all you care about is how good the food tastes and how much it costs, well, hopefully you see things differently than I do.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if your in town or just passing through.

The staff are great although very busy so service is a bit slow. We also tried the Michaud chocolate cake which was out of this world good! We really recommend this bistro restaurant. We continue to eat here from time to time, as I stated the staff makes you feel welcome and they are very helpful. There are some good items on the menu, the pizza, pop chicken poutine, smoked meat plate and sandwhich, brunch platter, spicy poutine ect... But I just can't stomach their burgers. You taste more filling in the bugers than actual meat, and I almost cried when I saw the salmon burger I ordered to try out. There was more breading on that burger than salmon, and you could taste the cheap seafood essence they mixed in to make it more salmony, but instead made it taste like old fish. This is pre-fab food, but the owners should really think about upgrading the quality on the burgers. I tried the chicken plate once, it was dry and for some inexplicable reason came with some sort of black tasteless cole slaw? I like how their condiment booth is set up, you can order how you like it. You should give it a try, there are good items on the menu, and the only place in the area with 18 inch pizzas!!! (And they don't skimp on the toppings :) )
