The 'crispy' bacon was not as crispy as I'd have liked, but that's maybe because I didn't ask for extra crispy. The eggs were well made and the side salad was fresh. The chicken in the sandwich was nicely pan fried without much breading. The curry sauce was mild, more akin to an aioli. And the fries were fantastic, double fried and crispy of the outside, puffy soft inside. The service, our first in Denmark, was excellent, our waitress was helpful and attentive.

The menu uses local, seasonal ingredients and was perfect and very filling. Wonderful bread, local beer, and local wine. For dinner, it's best to be seated right when they open at 6pm as dishes do sell out as it seems they have a limited amount some of the fresh ingredients. Otherwise, perhaps it's possible to ask them to hold a particular dish for you, especially if you are staying in the hotel. The staff of the hotel were very kind and relaxed.
