The menu uses local, seasonal ingredients and was perfect and very filling. Wonderful bread, local beer, and local wine. For dinner, it's best to be seated right when they open at 6pm as dishes do sell out as it seems they have a limited amount some of the fresh ingredients. Otherwise, perhaps it's possible to ask them to hold a particular dish for you, especially if you are staying in the hotel. The staff of the hotel were very kind and relaxed. The hotel was originally an old merchant's house and was rebuilt as a hotel in 1829.
