Burger, façon Mamma Corsica, Brucciu, Coppa, et ses Patatas Maison (5/5): cooked medium. The bun and patty were made well in the sense it wasn't oily. I would subtly describe the texture as a little bit fluffy and light. The bun was black which was very unique. The cheese surprisingly carried a lot of flavor. Can I also say the potatoes were freaking amazing??? I don't know what kind of magic they used but the exterior was oh so crispy while keeping the interior soft. The interior had a mashed potato feel and texture.
Food took a while but for what it's worth the wait was fine. Customer service is pretty good and not bad towards non french speaking people. The menu is all in french but it's pretty simple. Overall, Mamma Corsica is a great place for some Corsican food. I recommend!
