The owner, Timo, came out, looked at me, realized it was just me, and said no--that all the tables were booked--and refused to give me that table. He then proceeded to seat me at some other table that was a 4-top, which didn't make sense.

The most frustrating thing was that I sat there for at least an hour before people who were basically walk-ins (and I know this because I heard them walk in and ask for a table for 2, 3, or 4) were given the exact tables I had asked for, simply because they were not solo diners. The owner, Timo, went to all the tables except mine and never stopped to ask about the service. However, my waiter was amazing, and he tried to make my experience a little better.
Would I come back? Absolutely not. Great fish, though.
