I went with a meat platter, which offered a lot of different meats in charitable portions. Sides were served in restricted portions, especially the potatoes, but you can always order more. Sat down in one of their U-tables which was very comfy option, although the table was kinda small to room four ppl with meat and sides. Overall this is a very good option for meat lovers, and thats probably why they are such a popular venue.

I grew up in a farm town and spent my time playing baseball and lived next to a hunting ground, I know what being American means. And by jove this restaurant serves some of the most authentic American burgers I've ever tried here in Sweden. The meat was fresh, the cheese was real, and the french fries were just crunchy enough on the outside, yet soft and potato-y on the inside. The atmosphere of the open kitchen gives off the feeling of the American spirit of efficiency, yet still holding the quality of a gourmet burger. However, I think personally that the place could use a makeover, as it feels a bit bland and almost childish with the brightly colored chairs and tables which feel sort of out of place with the blank white walls surrounding the dining area. The buns on the burger could have also been a bit softer. It is difficult to achieve the perfect bun, crunchy around the edges but soft in the middle, and I would say the burger did reach the gourmet level, the only part I did not think really made it was the buns. Maybe it was just the time of day I got here but, just keep in mind Dylan. Work your buns.

Personally, I wasn't bothered by it; in some European countries, it's rude for waiters to rush their patrons. I just wasn't sure if this was part of the Swedish culture or the waitress herself.

Along with variations of hamburgers, ribs, chili, nachos, and fajitas .. something for everyone. My absolute favourite dish is the "Texas Chili", it's unbeatable. It's a traditional chili, served with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, black beans and wheat tortilla bread. The "Ugly American" is the only burger I've tried, it's a 220 g hamburger with bacon, served with coleslaw, chipotle drip and fries. You're absolutely stuffed when you've finished your meal. In Sundbyberg the restaurant is newly renovated, they have changed the decor on the walls and repainted, while also adding some tables by the bar. You cannot reserve a table though, but the wait is usually not that bad. It's a small restaurant so choose your seating wisely if you can. We sat right next to the window, which can be nice in the winter time. But in the summer, with the sun blasting in, it was quite unbearable. Since the restaurant is so small, it gets very hot when all the grills are fired up in the back kitchen. I really like that all beer and soda comes in the chilled Texas Longhorn glasses, and that the staff is nice and friendly. Definitely a place to visit, again and again.
