We don't visit here that often but Simon remembered us every time we came.
Make a reservation because this tiny two-story building is a unique lay-out so seating is tight.
Two tables on the main floor, maybe 4 tables upstairs, and more in the downstairs. The servers definitely get a work-out moving up and down the tight stairwell so tip them well (even though tipping is not common in this country.)
Every time we come, they know the wine we like and our names. Its impressive because we don't live anywhere close and visit, maybe once a year. Their soups are recommended, the dark red wine and some of their house fruit mix is always welcome too. I always enjoy the atmosphere and bring a new friend each time. The staff speaks English, Polish and many other languages, par for the area.
Sometimes we only come for a bottle of wine, sometimes for food. Regardless, we enjoy the excellent service.
