I've lived here a long time, I know Berliner service culture isn't warm, but this was beyond, felt aggressive, and for what? If you have that much of a hair-trigger anger problem, maybe a public-facing business isn't the one for you. I'm a business owner too and if I spoke to my clients in that tone and with so much anger every time they asked an annoying question, I wouldn't have a single one left.
