Paid out of pocket for testing for my daughter- $400!!! I have an EOB from my insurance company that shows my responsibility is $0. I've had no luck getting a refund. The therapist is wonderful, but this is wrong. My insurance company has added them to a list of "uncooperative providers" but that doesn't pay my rent or my groceries or my untilities etc. Front desk staff is great as well. The problem is with billing. I have the proof, I've sent the proof, but I guess I am out of luck. read more

i've been going to responsive centers for awhile now. front desk staff is nice (marianne is awesome). Leslie Rathburn is an amazing therapist for me, and i'm so glad to have her. She's caring and compassionate and has been helping me overcome my struggle with alcohol for over a year now, i highly recommend her for anyone struggling with addiction. Dr Saha is also a great psychologist who always seeks for the best in his clients, i highly recommend him as well :) read more

Very unprofessional from the minute you walk in the door. Leslie Rathburn, LPC, LMAC is the worst therapist I've ever come in contact with. On the second visit, she decided 20 minutes in that my child did not need to be seen, because "he is not depressed". She didn't come out or speak with me and just sent him out. read more

When calling, they claim to reach back out within 24 hours. Over the course of 2 weeks i left numerus voicemails, because i was not getting any sort of answer. Today i get a call back stating they tried to call me back but my voicemail wasn't accepting any calls. I find this quite honestly insulting. I can pull my phone records, and screenshots of plenty of calls the came before of after on the same day. If you cant do your job and call people back who are in need of help, at least own up to your mistake. I am taking my mental health elsewhere, where i feel like i matter. read more

I just love it here! They're easy to schedule with, and always super nice in the office. Paul Chinn is the provider I've seen, and he's great at giving you cognitive tools to identify and modify behaviors. Whether you're starting at a low point, or just trying to reach a higher level of balance, Chinn is your guy. I hesitate to advertise, because I don't want to lose him to a busy schedule, but if you need someone it's definitely worth a call!! read more

I've been going to Responsive Centers for 4 months. During this period my therapist, Shona Palmer, has cancelled my appointments 3 times at the last minute. Every appointment that I did have with her started at least 20 minutes late but ended on time, and my insurance company was charged for the full hour. I have attempted to book an appointment with another therapist, and have been advised that no appointments are available until a month from now. I'm very disappointed with Responsive Centers and don't recommend it to anyone. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Wise for about six months now, and have been extremely pleased. From the start, I've been comfortable with him. I've been able to talk through some of my harder issues, and he's helped me out of some really dark stuff. I've recommended this office to multiple people who are going through things, and not just because of Dr. Wise. I'm so, so disappointed in the entire experience. It took 3 weeks (of me calling regularly) for someone to call me back to even schedule an appointment. The time for my initial $475 evaluation was cut in half, and my appointment to receive a diagnosis has been canceled twice (same day, at the last minute.) Now, they won't hand over my medical records. I am hoping I will be able to at least get my records and move on. Such a bummer that I wasted so much time and money here. read more

I'm not sure about the other psychologists and social workers there, but I had seen Sarah Christensen when I was at a low point in my life and very desperate. She was decent enough help at first, but she's made it clear that she can't handle anything over mild cases of anxiety or depression, and rather shifts the subject at hand elsewhere. She also often forgets things (even if you see her regularly), which makes it harder to advance in your treatment. Dr. Christensen is selfish and definately cares more for her paycheck than she does her patients. I'll definately be looking for a new therapist. In addition, although the people at the counters are extremely sweet, they're often under staffed and a bit slow. read more
