Broker Frank DiTomasso and agent Suzy Miller have officially made me waste 5 months in contract and…read more$4,000 in fees due to the dishonest nature of the way they handle deals. We were under contract on a property that was suppose to be delivered vacant. They promised tenant was already moving out last year November. We entered contract and sent $45k for escrow from a high interest account we have. For 5 months they kept saying tenant was moving out, after doing some research and investigation we find out tenant was never moving out. They actually signed a new lease ending in July 2026! Long story short, after rate locks, home inspections, appraisals and lawyer fees, we are out more than $4,000! Will be writing to the BBB also!

My Agent helped put together my package, but, with the signed contract in place, I felt like I had nothing to lose. Anzhela went above and beyond to meticulously review each of 800+ pages, removed unnecessary paperwork, ensured all numbers were accurate and requested updated documents. She created a well-organized Application. She was very responsive. I spoke to her more than my agent and wished that she had represented me in the transaction. During the final walkthrough, she resolved all outstanding issues in less than 8 hours. I am blown away by her ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. After the purchase was complete and Anzhela received her fee, she continued to make herself available to me. Her dedication and attention to detail are truly impressive and made a significant difference in my buying experience. In the future, I plan to use Anzhela as my Agent. If you are looking for a real estate professional who is committed, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients, look no further than Anzhela Staraya.

Unfortunately Tom the owner & Irene the manager, is one of the most SMUG people I have ever encountered in my life. Early on I unfortunately recommended my business partner to use them, and he received service that was Crappier then mine. When the agent was supposed to be at a CO appointment at 10am, she texts to say "GOT LATE, can your tenant entertain the inspector til I get there" the answer is no do your job. I let both Tom & Irene know I would be posting these. I'm assuming by their reactions they didn't believe me, but when you see the screenshots because unfortunately for them their thinks it's better to text than call, only loading up the case against them. The unethical things done are a case for the real estate commission, the Brokers association and the state regarding notary services that were improperly carried out. I look forward to posting the gems of the screenshots I have. One of the better ones was when my agent asked to borrow my car to drive to South Plainfield to view the house she was listing for my business partner, because she couldn't find a rental available. As you said Irene all of your days are great, I hope that continues for you! . Plenty more screenshots to follow

Selling a Property in these days & times is not an easy undertaking from start to finish. It is way more than just putting a Price, Pics, Advertisements, and Open House on Zillow/Social Media. There is way more that goes into it, a whole lot more. Appraisals, Proper Communication, Dealing with all different types of people, well, Barbara Ferguson can do it all. Ms. Ferguson actually got the Highest Sale for an apartment in the Building!!! From start to finish, she was indispensable. She provides an unyielding loyalty to you as the Seller, and I was so lucky to have hired her. I do not believe I could have done better! She went above and beyond what she needed to do to get the Sale done, even up to the day before. Barbara, you are worth every dollar and more!!! The old fashioned service and loyalty you displayed was so refreshing in this world. Thank you so much!!!

As a homeowner looking to buy a bigger home, I've contacted Rockaway Properties after seeing…read moreseveral listings I wanted to see in person. I contacted them on four separate occasions during different times in 2015 and this year after the listings were listed as their properties. Unfortunately I have not received a call back from any of the Realtors assigned to those listings. I've called to schedule an appointment to see the homes but no one has ever returned my calls. When I decided to inquire about a property I saw on Trulia, Trulia actually called me back within 1 minute and connected me with Lisa Jackson. I didn't know Trulia even did that! I told her the listing I was interested in and she said the realtor will call me, she never did. I called today on this new listing and was told the realtor for that listing was on the phone and will call me right back. I'm still waiting for the call. As a resident of the area I always want to support businesses here but I cannot say this company has reliable staff. Hey.. maybe the listings were short sales or under contract which is fine but at least call back and say so. It's called COMMON COURTESY. As a seller I would be very leery hiring a company that doesn't get back to potential buyers interested in my home. Thats a HUGE red flag!! On another note, my husband and I decided it would be best to go a different route due to lack of professionalism and eagerness to do the job right.

It seems the rent goes up at least once a year, and I have found it to be a friendly community. It is kept extremely clean and they have a very wonderful staff. There are social clubs here in a few small amenities that you would generally find anywhere In the five years or so that I have been living I have requested my apartment to be painted, but it has fallen on the request for carpeting. The builder grade barber carpeting. That was here when I moved in was in terrible and I've had a professionally cleaned times But it's still is not up to my standards. But the people here are wonderful, great neighbors everyone always willing to help. We have very nice parties during the holidays and everyone pitches in. would generally recommend this complex with a few caveats.
