After that, I haven't heard back a single thing. Unprofessional! Edit: Excuse me, but where did I say that I didn't want you all to follow up with me? How did I say that if according to you, "you don't even have my information in your system". No record of my calls? Really!? Want the name of the recruiter I spoke to? It's Stephanie! The service is quick, short and sweet. I made an appointment to get help with my resume and look for job postings in their system. They will have you sign up for workintexas website and look for job openings in it. Don't hesitate if you need help, ask if you're unsure or don't understand something. It takes a bit of practice to navigate in their website. The specialist was quick to walk away and talk with the other employees. He would check on us from time to time but he was in no hurry to help us. Do not be shy to ask for help! It was an overall good experience! Although, I wish they had chairs in the cubicles. I was standing for roughly an hour and a half. The specialist looked like he was also used to standing and walking around.
