I had to literally beg for any type of communication and updates. I would call the office they would take a message and say she would call back. Not once did I ever receive a phone call from Nancy. I asked very specific questions in email, they never were addressed. I'm sad this was the service I received. Also, the receptionists literally don't do anything but answer the phone, take a message, and then Nancy never calls back. They tell you some new excuse anytime you call. Can't give updates apparently. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Nancy anymore.

i would like to give a shout out to valley oak credit union for this is my first auto lender and…read morethey are GREAT. i mean i did a good job myself making on time payments, but regardless of all that, the ladies in the bank are very friendly and always treat you like a good friend. i actually started a CD after a couple of years of opening my auto loan but before that i didn't know much so i would ask questions that would seem foolish to others (being it was my first time and i was interested in becoming more knowledgeable over all my accounts). they have an online application that is user friendly and easy to navigate, i have also contacted them over the phone and if the bank teller i wanted to speak with wasn't available for the day after leaving a message she would definitely get back to me later that day or some time the following day. They offer good RATES for car buying, they also have other offers like (CD) certificate of deposit (which i have, rates vary every where), and other banking offers such as first time home buying which i have not yet experienced but after my car buying experience with them i do look forward to maybe working with them to make my first home purchase best part is they are local in Tulare county

The reason I came to them is because Both my out of area/state credit unions belong to their coop. They couldn't look up my info to pay my car payment and refused to open me an account. I have no use for them and don't recommend this bank.
