I picked it up in Billing and drove to Yellowstone National park when I picked it up my family was not with me I meet them in the park. On the drive I smelled sewage so I rolled the windows down and proceeded, I thought it was from the RV sitting out in the heat at the pickup place. When I arrived at Yellowstone 5 hours away we had a sewage hook up and I proceed to hook it up, once I opened the tank the whole thing emptied into the sewage tank in the ground another words it was never emptied from the previous rental. I emptied it but the smell never went away, when I called the Sarpy RV the owner told me they worked on the toilet the week before and it was probably not sealed correctly! The smell was so bad we never cooked or ate in the RV (My brother thankfully had his RV there also). Up on returning the RV I was told we would be compensated, it took many calls and emails and when they finally refund me it was less than 13% of the total I paid. I feel for the problems we had this should have been taken care off at the time of return. I would highly recommend you rent if you rent an RV to use a large reputable company these guys are small operators and really don't know how to treat customers thank for your time.
