When I checked the tracking over the weekend, there had been no movement, which I found concerning. On Monday, I called to inquire about the delay. What frustrated me most was not that the package didn't arrive the next day, but that I was given inaccurate information. Had I known the package would not be delivered as promised, I would have taken it directly to the FedEx depot near the airport. Unfortunately, the owner was extremely rude during our conversation and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dropping off packages at this location. Customers deserve accurate information and respectful service.

The manager responded in a timely manner, and thoroughly answered all my questions in subsequent emails. He provided guidance since a bank holiday could have complicated my project. By poster, I should clarify that it was a 13"x19", easy enough to do on a colour printer without getting too specialized about the paper. It can be touch and go at some of the big box stores with quality and service from time to time, I get the feeling that isn't the case here. As a franchise, it's got a name and processes behind it, but it's a local owner. And it seems, it's a local owner with a staff that's invested in customer care. Great work Minute Man! The cost for this rush job was more than my usual place, but they wouldn't have been able to do it in that short of a time. Plus, a few other places I checked out was a tad cheaper, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't promise to do it within a day's time. Posters look great - if you have a urgent job and need it done fast and right, I would recommend this place.
