The way that she leads the class allows us as students to feel at home with one another, and to push our bodies as far as we are able to at the time. There is no competition, and we never have to worry about failure, because each of us is at our own level, and Susie caters to all of us effortlessly. Mind Body Stress Reductions is located in the second string of buildings in a business complex on Columbia road. They have massage tables, counseling rooms, and specialize in psychology, hypnotherapy, massage, holistic healing of the mind, and integrative medicine. Needless to say their offices are very relaxing, and the staff that I have met thus far are all gentle souls who are more than happy to help. I'm hoping that my review will convince you to give their services a try if you are in need of any kind of physical or mental relaxation. These wonderful folks are more than worthy of your patronage. It is an oasis in a sometimes over-bearing and unbelievably stress filled world.

Once getting to the office and completing the first session, we were advised that the best therapist for our family counseling does not take insurance. We made it clear that we would prefer to see the same counselor as we could not afford $120 an hour per session. They stated that they would call to schedule the appointment. They never called us back. We also paid our copay, in cash, the day that we were seen. Continue to receive bills for the amount already paid even though we have the receipt of payment. Have left several messages with no response regarding this issue. I feel that this practice did a bait and switch. They never intended to have us as patients unless we planned on being "cash" clients. For a practice that considers themselves "Christian", they are definitely not being the hands and feet of Christ.

In crisis, she is always available I've called the office and Amy, who is absolutely fabulous by the way either instructed me to come on in immediately or that Dr Lentz would call me at approximately a certain time that very day. . I greatly value Dr Lentz's opinion and recommendations for healthcare. Sometimes, psychiatric care can reach a little close to home! Dr Lentz once told me to basically stop feeling sorry for myself, which was truly a little difficult to hear. I say this because it demonstrates that she truly provides care which can be a little uncomfortable naturally.. Once again kudos to Amy for always being available to handle coordination with Dr Lentz. She does a fine job of managing the office. Lastly a comment to anyone on any medications. Please be compliant and take them! Unfortunately, I'm treated by a number of specialist and take meds three times per day. While we may understand the need for say heart and blood pressure meds, Psychotropic medications for mental health are just as necessary!
