Wow we were so sad we didn't find this place earlier in our trip. We stayed in Salerno and honestly found it difficult to find a decent restaurant with amazing pasta options until Resilienza. Every dish we had was amazing. Gnocchi, ravioli, two different kinds of pizza, Caesar salad, and Caprese. We went here two nights in a row as our last meals in Italy. Some staff know English more than others but mindful that we are in their country and they were still so kind! Seemed to be mostly outdoor seating, under huge umbrellas so you are covered. If I ever come back to salerno I will definitely be back.
