ALSO please remove him from the Well Drilling category as he is a well analysis and quality expert and DOES NOT DRILL WELLS. Thank you again Andrew and I will call once I have the well drilled!

I had sent him a floor framing plan but he said he went off what I told him. At first they took 3 days to return calls now we are up to 7 days. Steve literally had a tantrum when he walked in and the plumbers were still there. The plumbers and framers all thought he was a complete jerk. Bid an air return and never installed. Had to force him to install. Waited another 7 days days for return call and now final install won't be done for 6 weeks during heatwave & now it arrived damaged and now have to wait another week or 2. Said he would try to get us installed earlier if he had time but never ordered the heat pump so that was a lie!

We purchased our Kioti tractor last year, during the height of the pandemic. It was hard finding ANYthing in stock for our new home. Fortunately, Hartill's had 3 coming on a truck with two spoken for. I told them I wanted the third one. The sales process couldn't be any easier or more hassle-free. Our tractor was delivered in a couple weeks (versus 3 months!) and we've been VERY happy with it. Fast-forward to today - we wanted a small(er) riding mower for areas around the house. Hartill's had them in stock where others were not. Again, hassle-free, easy, breezy sale. The service is about as good as it gets. Deals are made with a shake of the hand (thankyouverymuch) and always with the utmost courtesy. Anytime we've phoned with a question, they are always responsive and patient with us. Just not enough good things to say.

The people are nice but the service is what customers rely on when doing business. After cooler heads prevailed the problem was solved and they provided excellent service. We are very appreciative and will continue to do business there. Thank you.

He cleared the clog - which was a massive clog - and told me how to take care of it myself the next time there was a problem. He was professional and courteous.
