The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

Also, the technicians did not have the tools or material required to complete installation of all the door trim on the interior and exterior. Resetting took another hour and a half. We were charged $550. Labor only. No parts. That is $225/hr. When we objected, they wouldn't budge. They said they also charged for the driving time. Since when do repair companies charge labor charges for driving to yoir home? We live 10 minutes from Boulder or Longmont. I will not use them again. They are no longer a company I trust.

Confirmed email address and all contact information from the original assessment sheet. Did not receive the quote in the next ten minutes (or ever.) On December 31st, 2 weeks since the last meeting and almost 8 weeks since the original assessment, we still do not have a quote. Called this morning at 10:04 am and spoke with Rebecca, who said the project manager was in a meeting but would get on it "soon," who then hung up on me abruptly when I asked if it would be by noon or some other time today. Called back again before close of business at 3:40 pm, reached Rebecca again, who said the project managers were out for the day, then said she could leave a message with them to follow up after New Years Day. Began to express my frustration that they don't seem interested in actually providing a quote and have misrepresented their timeline for providing one multiple times and she hung up on me mid sentence. Utterly incompetent and dishonest people, will never do business with them.

Today I contacted Smart windows with an odd request to get an estimate for a particular window. Since I new exactly what was specified I was able to pass this on and get an estimate without them spending too much effort. I explained to them that this was just a preliminary estimate and may not result in a sale. Tom contacted the manufacturer for the price and got right back to me. This in my experience was amazing, as few subcontractors normally would respond at all to my request let along respond reasonably quick for such a small order.
