I volunteered for her to do a Spohn assessment on me as I was having some numbness in my left hand. She did a little test on me and told me that I had spinal issues. I knew I did because I was feeling poorly all over. So I went for an assessment and tonight I went and had my first adjustment. I'm not kidding you I feel better tonight than I have in 25 years. The adjustment was not painful at all. One thing I can tell you about this operation is that they educate you and from my perspective because I understand this treatment they overly explain everything. That's not a bad thing because if you've never been through a chiropractic adjustment they make you feel very comfortable. I really did need to hear anything other than I'm going to make you feel better. My first adjustment tonight took less than 10 minutes and I feel 25 years younger. I repeatedly called over the weekend with no answer and when attempting to leave a message I was told the voicemail box was full. I was charged a $70 cancellation fee. When I called on Monday to dispute this I was told I should've left a message and there was nothing they could do before hanging up on me. I think the 24 hour cancellation policy is perfectly fair but only if there are accessible and functional ways to do so.

I had always heard great things about Dr. Mike and I was happy to find out their new location is very convenient for me, on 55th & Lewis. Diane, at the front desk, always greeted me with a smile (even though we were wearing masks, I could tell she was smiling) and was super helpful accommodating my Credit Care payments. Dr. Mike took the time not only to do a full assessment and recommend the appropriate treatment, but also demonstrating exercises that would alleviate my specific pain/problem areas at home. He was so helpful, I started writing the exercises down so I wouldn't forget them. One time when my pain was particularly acute, he suggested acupuncture and fascial blading.
