There are just too many issues, and I'm not even talking about the front office staff. They've been great. My issue is with maintenance and things only being half done. The gates are constantly a problem. I don't want to come home after a long day at work and sitting in traffic, only to not be able to get into my own complex. The back entrance gate has been broken for quite some time, forcing residents entering and exiting to go head-on with each other. The front gate has recently stopped loading on the app almost every time I use it. And don't get me started on valet trash. We're required to pay for it every month whether they do their job or not. They drag trash, leave messes on the stairs, breezeways, and sometimes even in the middle of the parking lot. They knock over trash cans, and the open-top container is just an eyesore. I don't even use the gym anymore because the trash was overflowing and several machines were broken the last time I went, so I can't speak on its current condition. And yes, before anyone asks every single issue has been emailed, texted, submitted through work orders, and discussed with the front office staff. From the moment I submitted my complaints, the team took my concerns seriously and followed through on every single thing they said they would do. Both issues were fully resolved and all parties are now in compliance. It's rare to deal with a management team that actually does what they say. Delisha in particular was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure the residents were comfortable and the community was being properly maintained. Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

Gerard, the property manager is always professional and helpful, he always has something for the residents to do during the holidays whether he is cooking for us (AND HE CAN COOK) or buying pizza for the residents. I have been living in my place going on 2 years now and I can honestly say he is the nicest property manager that has been there so far for people like me who don't always have it easy but maintain whatever needs to be handled. I always tell people about the Park At London because its a great place to live and affordable. Maintenance comes on time whenever something needs to be fixed.

Not once did she become frustrated with me for not understanding. So, low income, disabled, SSI, are charged more???? Ok, they have a voucher but.... Nevertheless, the final part to this review. The security deposit, I was told, is 1250, excuse me! Thats more than most SSI checks! I feel like thats housing discrimination. You take section 8 but make the process difficult. The man in the office with her, he seemed to be very busy or uninterested, so no comment on him. Again, no reflection on Ms. Marilyn, she was a pleasure to deal with.

We were in the very large Club Room with two pool tables. This room holds about 50 people comfortably. They also have smaller club rooms and I also seen a TV Room, a Gym and a work area. Very nice Apartments and decorated beautifully inside and the outside entrance. I learned from one of their Club Rooms Tenants that a spacious one bedroom starts at $1,900.00. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and if you're looking for a nice place to live in the Southeast Atlanta area, I would definitely check them out.
