I pulled up to the museum and immediately thought my driver took me to the wrong address. After speaking to the front desk, they guided me up to the 8th floor where I laid my eyes on a spectacular rooftop with an amazing panoramic view of the city. I stopped in the restroom to wash up and saw the Michelin plaque on the wall and knew I would be in for a treat. The server immediately greeted us with a pop up menu of drinks. Yes, a pop-up book that came to life with handcrafted options for the most original cocktails I have seen in São Paulo. Each drink you order comes with its own magnet as a gift to take home and remember the experience. As of that wasn't enough, we were presented with a unique bottle of honey gin by the distiller himself. This drink came with instructions...take a sip, count to 3, and watch the flavors unfold while tickling your tongue! I promise if I had more room in my luggage I would have come home with a bottle. As a gin lover, this was something truly special. Now onto the meal...bolinhos de bacalau were perfection. The flat iron steak was tender and flavorful. The palmitos were crunchy on the outside and melted in my mouth. For dessert, the presentation was beautiful and there was just the right amount of sweet to end the night. I highly recommend Vistas for a special occasion on your next visit to Iberopuera. You will NOT be disappointed.

The food here is really good. The chef does creative spins on Brazilian classic dishes. I had the fish stew, seafood rice and a salad on my visit. I enjoyed everything. Definitely would recommend this restaurant and would come back again the next time I'm in São Paulo.

The chef was very nice and presented us with the complimentary dish which I believe was the Torresmo. The drinks are amazing and that smoke meat platter was pork and onions which was super tender and juicy. The recommendations from the server to try are the "Baião-De-Dois which is composed of rice beans. Update the food is inspired from NE Brazil which has an amazing presentation. The food is made with love and has a very home feel. The medium dish serves 3-4 people with ease. A definite must try if you are in São Paolo.

Chef Mara Salles is well known for celebrating Brazil's regional cuisines, and the restaurant has earned a Bib Gourmand recognition for its quality and value. We had the option to sit inside or on the patio, and since the weather was perfect, we chose the patio. Inside looked inviting too--warm wood, white tablecloths, and a stylish bar. The service was friendly, though our server didn't speak English, which made ordering a little tricky. We used a translator app several times, which worked fine but slowed things down. The food was worth it. We started with the zucchini chips (addictive!) and quickly learned the chilies on the table are very hot--be careful. For appetizers, we had the Comissão de Frente (pastries filled with shrimp) and the Bolinho Errado com Aioli de Pequi (manioc balls with homemade cheese). Both were excellent. For mains, we tried the Bobó de Camarão, a shrimp dish in creamy manioc with coconut--rich and comforting. The Barreado, beef slow-cooked for 10 hours in a clay pot, was tender and deeply flavorful. Overall, Tordesilhas gave us a warm welcome to São Paulo dining. The food was authentic and memorable, and while the language barrier made things a little slower, it was still one of the highlights of our trip.

One which still shows up on Google. We Ubered to the old location and spent a while trying to find a restaurant that is no longer more. My Brazil guidebook touched on their lunch buffet. That is no more at the new location either. The current location is inside a museum. You have to pay admission to the museum to dine at the restaurant. Even if you have no interest in checking out the museum. Safe to say, we were off to a rocky start. Things did turn around magically, however. Admission to the museum pays to help preserve the Amazon. At least our money was going to a good cause. Sustainability is a theme here as you see sustainable materials being used throughout the restaurant. We were seated on the lovely patio which is made to recreate the Amazon with a lot of greenery and trees. I started off with a fresh juice as I looked over the menu. I ordered the pork cutlet with tomato risotto. It may have been my favorite dish on my Brazil trip. The pork was succulent and flavorful. The risotto mirrored it as the fresh tomatoes and combination of ingredients made it arguably the best risotto I've ever had. Service was good. Capim Santo is not cheap. And we ran into a couple of frustrating roadblocks. But with that being said, I can't fail to applaud the restaurant for the quality of its food and the lovely surroundings.

Last minute, we decided to try something new - Forquilha. I didn't know what to expect, and I'll admit it, I was a little grumpy when we first arrived. However, we were warmly greeted and were seated instantly. I saw a giant wood oven in the corner, and a colorful bar where bartenders expertly made drinks. We ordered up a Hendricks martini and a Moscow Mule. My mood instantly was on an upswing when our cocktails came. My Moscow Mule had some sort of whipped foam on top which I've never seen before. The cocktail was interesting and delicious, and I gladly ordered more throughout the evening. My husbands martini was on point - in fact, it officially ruined every other martini I've ever had, it was that smooth. For an appetizer, we ordered a flat bread stuffed with cheese and prosciutto on top. On account of my not eating meat, they kindly put the prosciutto on the side for my husband to have on his pieces only. Very thoughtful. It was delicious and eaten instantly. For entrees, we ordered the bacalhau rice and a pizza with pumpkin. While both were delicious, the bacalhau rice was especially phenomenal. I had several bites of my husbands plate and secretly wished that I had ordered it. We unfortunately did not partake in dessert, but after scouring Instagram later in the evening, I really wish I went with that Nutella tiramisu! Next time. This restaurant was a great find - friendly service, fantastic drinks and cuisine, and did I mention the music? I just about lost my mind when Breakbot came on! I loved everything about this spot, and I can't wait to go back.

Initially my family and I were going to order the feijoda and a steak but our server warned us that it was going to be WAY too much food for the three of us so we stuck with the feijoda and I'm so glad our waiter gave us the heads up because between the three of us we barely finished the feijoada and immediately were feeling comatose after the meal. The food was amazing and the service was top notch.
