The response was overwhelmingly against the owner's tone, including one person who did not agree with my reasoning but still responded with "I don't personally agree with a lot of your perspectives, but that guy's letter is [expletive deleted] horrible. What an [expletive deleted]. You're definitely better off." I personally agree with this assessment and we've gone with another company and glad for it!

They provided quality care with removing the items from my residence, making sure there was no damage to walls or door frames during move out.
