While at counter checking in, Dr. Pena came up and made joshing conversations, which is unusual from some physicians. (Very impressive!!!) Usually when a physicians come into an office they keep their focus on what's at hand. So cheerios of a warm feel to an new appointment.!!!!!! The staff was very friendly. So happy to see everyone wearing face masks and following health tips... waiting on to see the doctor, I'll continue post afterwards...... I'm waiting......... lol.... Dr. Zimmerman has the most exceptional response to her patients.. mild mannered, naturally pleasant personality, not the aggressive or threatening feeling your get from some doctors during first visit..... I like my doctor just fine and I absolutely love one particular ultrasound technician, but the wait…read moretime is usually very long--30 minutes or more. So I may wait 30 minutes just for the ultrasound and after that, once I make it to the exam room it could be another 10 minutes or more so to be seen by the doctor (for like 5 minutes). I don't know what causes such long delays, but surely their system can be improved somehow.
