The low point of this organization is the customer service; specifically at check-in. The attendants at the front desk may have been having a bad day; however, the perception was they are incompetent, unprofessional, and impolite. Recommend some customer service training or refocus for the front desk. My wife was instructed to fill out some information online before seeing the Dr. The system requires a login provided by the front desk (that did not work and required assistance to resolve). The online questionnaire was not user friendly and took ~45 minutes to complete...30 minutes longer than it should have, based upon inefficiencies. If you have patience to endure the pain of growing low-level healthcare incompetency, the Doc has been fantastic so far!

Everyone was so nice, laid back, and gentle. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, as requested for a new patient, and was pulled back 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The wait was short in the back, and Dr. Waddell was very thorough and explained everything very well. She had a great way of making me feel comfortable, and had a great bed side manner. I had some unexpected blood work (I am so afraid of blood work and needles) but the technician was the best I have ever seen. Maritza was gentle, professional, and loved on me as if I were one of her girls. She kept things light, fun, and was the sweetest person ever. She also made the blood drawing so painless and quick. I honestly do not ever see myself going anywhere else. I will keep going here as long as I can.

So happy to see everyone wearing face masks and following health tips... waiting on to see the doctor, I'll continue post afterwards...... I'm waiting......... lol.... Dr. Zimmerman has the most exceptional response to her patients.. mild mannered, naturally pleasant personality, not the aggressive or threatening feeling your get from some doctors during first visit..... Dr Zimmerman makes you forget there's an issue with your health due to her calm position and warm smile. Even behind the mask, you feel the assurance.... I usually not like going to doctor appointments especially first visits, but this one was a nerve calmer. Thank you.....
