The low point of this organization is the customer service; specifically at check-in. The attendants at the front desk may have been having a bad day; however, the perception was they are incompetent, unprofessional, and impolite. Recommend some customer service training or refocus for the front desk. My wife was instructed to fill out some information online before seeing the Dr. The system requires a login provided by the front desk (that did not work and required assistance to resolve). The online questionnaire was not user friendly and took ~45 minutes to complete...30 minutes longer than it should have, based upon inefficiencies. If you have patience to endure the pain of growing low-level healthcare incompetency, the Doc has been fantastic so far!

While at counter checking in, Dr. Pena came up and made joshing conversations, which is unusual from some physicians. (Very impressive!!!) Usually when a physicians come into an office they keep their focus on what's at hand. So cheerios of a warm feel to an new appointment.!!!!!! The staff was very friendly. Dr. Zimmerman has the most exceptional response to her patients.. mild mannered, naturally pleasant personality, not the aggressive or threatening feeling your get from some doctors during first visit..... The staff remembered me two weeks after the surgery! Everyone at the center is super supportive and super sweet. There are volunteers to help you into the building on surgery day as there are some protesters out front. The volunteers hold umbrellas to block your face from the protesters. Some even played music so you couldn't hear their chants. I would definitely recommend this place!

I like my doctor just fine and I absolutely love one particular ultrasound technician, but the wait…read moretime is usually very long--30 minutes or more. So I may wait 30 minutes just for the ultrasound and after that, once I make it to the exam room it could be another 10 minutes or more so to be seen by the doctor (for like 5 minutes). I don't know what causes such long delays, but surely their system can be improved somehow.
