Topshop, American Apparel and Urban Outfitters were my staple stores when I fancied going shopping and if I didn't find what I wanted in one of them it would be in the other...now both Topshop and American Apparel are in Lab Concept, downstairs from my office. And...Urban Outfitters is opening there too! Amazing. Of the three of them Topshop is my favorite one when I wanted something a little more fun. If I had to pick a category item I would choose their shoes. Unfortunately, as this store is smaller than the one in Central, there isn't a specific section for shoes and accessories and I couldn't find a couple of nice dressy shoes. They are really good quality, most of them from Spain or Italy (ankle boots mainly). However the clothes are what I expected - the usual fun, casual, elegant, eclectic, chic British style that I found in the UK, a little more simple and minimalistic (although that may be that the size of the store is smaller or because of the current collection). Nevertheless, the style still follows the same line. I've seen a few more dress-up trousers and shirts. And Topman is next door; if this store could have a section for shoes only it'd just be perfect! For that I'd still have to go to Central, or wait to see what Urban Outfitters will look like!

I read an article about Tina and Tina's Choice boutique many weeks back. I went to Causeway Bay…read morespecifically to hunt down this little store. I am so glad I did. It is a little gem of jewelry and accessories, many made by Tina, most made by artisans from around the globe. Funky stuff. Resin, wood, yarns, fabrics, leather....most pieces are made with unusual products. Necklaces, earrings, clutch bags, scarves, rings. Many are big, bulky, statement pieces. There was a lot of stuff on sale when I was there, but prices in general ranged from $200-$1500, depending on what it was. I bought two necklaces. Both long, one made of pea size wood pieces ($300) and the other on sale at $200, a long soft navy cord with large wooden balls tied into it. I think the quality is there and I think the unique designs are super cool.

They not only had the shoe but offered to hold it for me because it was the last pair in my size. Thirty minutes later I skipped over to LV @ Pacific Place Mall. Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by a male employee who directed me to the 2nd floor where the women's fashion was located. I made my way upstairs and was welcomed by an employee who went to get the shoes that were held for me to try on. The shoes fit perfectly. I paid for them upstairs then was escorted out. It was my first purchase at this location and overall a great experience. The sales representatives were attentive and didn't miss anything. I was very impressed. I look forward to shopping here again!

I decided to visit Chanel while in Hong Kong to check out their inventory. I've been to several…read morestores in Las Vegas and New York City and have had little luck finding classic WOC's, necklaces, and brooches. I quickly asked if they had the Camellia-embossed WOC in Black and when the SA said, "Yes," I was in shock - I couldn't believe it! She escorted us downstairs to Accessories and she and another SA proceeded to bring out a few WOC options. The Camellia, the Quilt in Lambskin and Calfskin, and Gold and Silver hardware selections. It's strange, but even the classic quilted WOC is difficult to find and it was nice to finally see everything in person. After making my selection, I was pleased that the SA brought out the brand new WOC and asked if I would like to inspect it. I carefully did and found no imperfections or marks. Absolutely perfect. Service, of course, was exceptional. Everyone was so very nice and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the boutique. It was extremely helpful that everyone spoke English as well! We were thoughtfully offered hot water since it was a cooler day, however, I preferred chilled water and received a bottle of Evian instead. The SA that completed my transaction even escorted us back upstairs before handing me my shopping bag. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend a visit!

Angel said that there are only a few select Goyard stores in certain cities worldwide. There are none in Hawaii. Goyard is a high quality, pricey French brand. Some of their merchandise includes wallets, purses, and luggage. Hong Kong has two Goyard shops: one on Hong Kong Island, and one in Kowloon. Our hotel happened to be right across the street from the Kowloon Goyard shop, which was located on the ground level (The Arcade) of the famous Peninsula Hotel. We were just lucky to walk past it and notice the name! No photos are allowed in the shop. It's a very elegant, conservative atmosphere. There were many attentive staff to assist the customers. I was just happy to say that I've been inside one of these exclusive stores and touched an authentic Goyard purse!

Ouah...or wow in French…read more.. Never gave these totes much notice but apparently many have and since it's been brought to my attention slowly I do notice them much more then ever. This French brand accessory doesn't stand out like many other brands with the expressive logo or prints and honestly this print doesn't impress me at all. Nothing gets me excited than any tote as I love bags more than anything but more crafted and unique ones does excite me more than the heavier leather ones but these apparently are handmade which takes longer to make and harder to get ahold one. To those that do embrace it as it's lovely but not my cup of tea though i got to appreciate the handmade quality and hope to see cuter styles that will pique my interest even more. Thank you!

They are famous for their handmade tailored Chinese dresses and suits. I made one a while back, and the tailor has excellent craftsmanship. This is the second time I return to this store and order more dresses. The tailor gave me a lot of recommendations in terms of materials and styles. I am looking for a Chinese dress in short version with elegant and modern style. Since I am living in the United States and will only stay in Hong Kong for a few days, the tailor agreed to prioritize my order. I am looking forward to see it in 2 days, and try on for a final fitting. The tailor also offer to ship the dresses to me when they are done. Customer will have to pay for shipping cost, which could be a little pricy.

A friend went in to look for a Chinese dress (qi pao) and a wedding dress and they have a few samples for you to try. Essentially you can customize the neckline, cut and shape of the dresses. Seems to be reasonable price and you further identify where you want cut-outs and more specifics with fittings. Fewer fittings means it's cheaper, but you also don't get it as fitted. You can show them pictures of dresses and they can also create. One of the cons is that you don't get to see how the style would look on you. Best if you have tried something similar elsewhere and knows it looks good on you and then have them make it here. Good service and friendly. They also indicated that they have people email them pictures of their orders from abroad and they then ship the dress. For dresses it takes about 3 months for it to be completed, including the fittings.

But I love COS and love that I discovered this store. I am not a fashionista, but I do love well made clothes that look taylored and yet have room to function and move. I always read care labels before a purchase and I do shy away from merino wool because it can pull and not wash well if not extremely well made. COS does have many pieces made of merino wool, so I kind of looked past these items. The clothes might use a lesser quality fabric on many pieces, but the cut and tayloring is current and comparable to items you would find in any high end retailer. The clothes, brand and price point kind of make me think of this brand as higher end than an H&M, less quality and cheaper price than Saks Fifth Avenue brands, equal in cut, structure and function as Marimekko and other equaivalent cut, high-end clothing lines in many ways and very current in the realm of what is happening in fashion. Simple lines, simple colors, modern. For business or casual, COS offers classic pieces I hope to have in my wardrobe for some time. COS is out of England. COS (Collection Of Style) was a wardrobe staple of mine when I lived in London. (COS hasn't yet made it to the USA.) As a regular COS shopper I knew the sizing of the clothes here is often variable (in some items I'm an XS, others I'm a M) so I took armloads into the dressing room. I think this is a good strategy in almost any shop (if you're going to go through the hassle to take your clothes off to try on one item, you might as well try on six, right?) but even moreso here. Think you're a medium? Take a small and a large in with you too! This COS shop is on the medium-large side, with two stories and women's, men's and children's offerings. I tried on heaps of clothing and ended up going home with a fun grey jumper whose sleeves you can turn up to reveal a bright blue inside lining, an oversized sweatshirt dress and a cashmere hat. COS is definitely worth a look if you want to inject some Scandinavian cool into your closet.

Their actual heels are so thin and sexy, yet still very supportive. Service is friendly and not aggressive.
