We already have club membership here. Plus it's usually not out of our way anyway or it's worth the trip for what we save. The club membership is for 5% off I think but they give us more than that on some items. It's great. And they have always been the cheapest or they will price match. They have been fantastic with complaints, especially recently when we they had a faulty batch of brake rotos and we unfortunately got one of them. I was sent here y another store that did have what I wanted once. I wanted to get some touch up paint for my car. Unfortunately it's American and a weird colour and blah blah blah! I didn't care, for me close enough was good enough, it didn't have to be perfect. The guy looked up on computer, found what he thought and it was heaps cheaper than I expected. It matched really well, near perfect. He even gave me a print out of the paint make up in case I hae to get more in the future so it can be matched correctly. Great service!

The newish shop is large, cool, bright, 2 storey and has heaps of variety and nice easy displays. I went here looking for a headlight bulb A couple of months ago. And the guy who helped me was lovely, he asked what car I had, found the correct light for me for the cheapest price and popped the sale through, all without me having to leave the front counter. Then the best bit- he asked if I wanted him to put it in for me?! Umm, yesss! I popped the hood, he did the rest! Doesn't get much better than that.

So after phoning all the big names or some tyres and the prices being very uncompetitive and having…read morepushy salesman on the phones, I remembered this place i drive past regularly on South Rd. I phoned them at 8am and was back home, tyres fitted, 30 mins later. When I rang they informed but not pushy, I told the man exactly what I wanted and was given a price that was good. He didn't try and sell me anything else or extras which I liked. When I got there they were friendly and my car was taken straight away while I waited in the seated area. The job was done quickly as promised and I left pleased! This place was cheaper then the big boys, not by a lot of $$ but enough to make me go back there again!

The staff here are the friendly and smiley type, and whoever is hiring here likes their blonde women. They (the men behind the service desk) professionally went through all of the specific requirements of the current procedure (service). This includes all the basics as well as an inside and outside clean, which all together totals at a bit over three hundred dollars ($340)..... and now we wait. The facilities themselves are nice, new, spacious and located on Port Road. The members lounge where we are currently waiting is a fairly modernised design with a spiral metallic staircase situated somewhat in the centre of the room, and directly amidst a secretarial area. There is also views of the mechanical car yard and the sales cars. For further customer convenience there is free coffee available, a plasma television and various tables and chairs. No free WI-FI though, FYI. That's kind of lame. Now fast forwarding to the final verdict, the service took about an hour and half, which I get told is pretty normal. The results of the service seem pretty peachy, and although it is probably pricer than your average small guy Joe, when it comes to garage and car sales, City Mazda provides a pleasant and professional sort of experience.
