Horrible workmanship with very poor work ethic by Pat and his young workers. D+ BBB rating, 1.8 yelp rating, multiple complaints and chargebacks, and believe them all. I paid in full, and the very first day no call/no show. He then said he had to have neck surgery three days after that first day they forgot to show up. Why did you not tell me this BEFORE you got my money and signed contract the week prior? The no call/ni shows continued seven times over the course of two months for what should have been a day job. Pat was always full of excuses for everything or just would feed me lines of BS, offending me even more. His team (his family) start late and if they do show up, always hours after the scheduled time. They spend 10 mins working, then 50 mins on their phone. Pat, who doesn't drive and depends on them to drive him, sits around and watches them do a crappy job while on his phone. A job that should have been one day still isn't complete 2 months later. I was charged $200 for materials and all he bought was one piece of trim board. He never replaced the wood casing on any of my windows as he was paid to do and instead I got wood putty horribly slopped on my window trim. He even left rot that was supposed to be repaired, the trim board was not right size and he left gobs of spray foam everywhere. Everything they worked on was left a mess or not done right leaving a mess I have to hire someone else to finish and repair. They also left a mess everywhere. Never would clean up after themselves. Then lies and says work is done. He talks a good talk. Total scam..Trust the yelp reviews, it's his business MO and he is still doing the same thing to customers years later. Also I suggest check out court records which note a pattern of highly unethical behavior and lawsuits. I suggest you pass on this headache read more

If I could give a zero I would set up to have him come out and was told a day then asked to come a other day it just kept becoming another day mind you they ask money upfront so asked for a refund ! It's been a month I've been told by the owner he put a refund request in I called the company they go through and he is a liar he didn't Do not give them a dime of your money I have proof of text messages between me and owner also emails from company proving he lied about refund ! Then keeps giving sib stories about his life to why I havnt received my money as if no one else has issues. Il see you in court pat !!!you don't take advantage of people and expect nothing read more

Had a undersink leak on a weekend and at night in the maunfactured home my son owns. Asked Pat to come out and shut off the water line underneath. He came right out and helped right away and appreciate that. read more

Did NOT complete work paid for! Painted House trim and got paint all over house. Spilled a considerable amount of paint on my Roof. Tried to clean it up but still paint remains on the Roof. Told me not to worry that the rain would wash it away...but its still there. Over charges, continually asks for money. Wanted $350 to change out a non weight bearing 8' post that was part of the porch railing already paid for. Wanted $200 to screw 3 pieces of wood together for porch step. Ruined my kitchen counter top cutting the edge to make room for my refrigerator. Didnt put 2 coats of paint on back of house eaves. Didnt show up when scheduled always having a BS excuse. Youve been warned and of course he will come back with every excuse he can to counter me but dont fall for it like i did. I did not have him finish 2 jobs i paid for because i questioned how he was going to put stone on my fireplace and garage. I called a Mason and 2 other Handymen who confirmed my suspicions...he was going to do it ALL WRONG! I asked for $500 reimbursement but he declined. I hired Sofie and Pat to paint the inside of a house for me. They did a poor job and splashed paint on the baseboard and trim. They constantly asked to be paid 50% upfront and as soon as they received it begged for the other 50% for an emergency. Not professional , sloppy work. read more

I hired this husband and wife team to help with my flip house. they ask for 1/2 then takes weeks to complete. they are always late. they also work very slow. I'm still waiting for work to start after paying half down. sent them to a friends how they were one hour late. they were at the house for four hours and they didn't even start they have been working on a small area for tile and were on day four. I would NOT recommend them. Don't give them money up front the work won't get done. read more
