Vee was very good and a pleasure to speak to. Today, Ashley showed me the three rings and necklace and I was so happy. The items were boxed, except for a couple of rings. Ashley provided boxes for them, bless her. She was very diligent in checking the cost of each item and presenting me with the final charge. I am so delighted with the care and attention, devoted to the wonderful restoration of these very personal and precious pieces. I highly recommend this brilliant service to anyone who wishes to have precious jewellery repaired. Thank you all so very much.

The ladies behind the counter are very friendly but one of the males working there was extremely rude to me when I went in to complain. BTW I was not rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…read more I took my suit to this place and when I returned to pick it up they had lost it. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to go back FOUR TIMES before they finally agreed to reimburse me for the suit. One of the employees told me I would receive an email with the reimbursement details, but that email never came. I was forced to buy a replacement at the last minute for a wedding, entirely out of pocket. I then went back again and spoke directly tot the manager, Jonathan, who told me he would look into this situation. Several weeks have now passed and I still have not been reimbursed. Every time I call, Jonathan is conveniently unavailable and the employees I have spoken to have been dismissive and unwilling to resolve the issue. Losing a customer's clothing is unacceptable. Making that customer to go back several times, promise a reimbursement and then fail to follow through for weeks is beyond unprofessional. As of today, they still have my money, they have not reimbursed the suit they lost and I am still waiting for a formal response. I would absolutely not trust this business with anything valuable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this shop! I've brought in a number of boots, heels,…read moreand even a suede purse, and all have been repaired with the utmost quality of craftsmanship for an extremely reasonable price. I've had leather wedge heels rebuilt on my boots, soles replaced, zippers replaced, leather re-dyed, and a suede purse strap reattached and reinforced. They have even worked with synthetic leather to replace zippers for me. They were considerate of the fact that some of my boots are very pricey; you can definitely trust them with your designer footwear! The only issue I ever had was that they couldn't repair my coral red pumps simply because they would not be able to achieve the same colour of patent leather-- but they told me upfront, and I appreciate the honesty rather than them ruining a pair of expensive heels! I actually drive my shoes up to Sudbury (I live in TO now) when I visit because I know I'll be getting quality work here.
