This man is a scam artist. Do not under any circumstance have him come to your home. I believe he is posing as a legitimate repairman to get into people's homes, pretend he knows what he is doing, says he has to order parts and never returns. He charges you a fee just to come and diagnose the issue, which would be fair if he were truly going to do the work, but he doesn't. They came to our home in a beat up, dirty car and left after replacing a water valve. It did not fix the problem. After many phone calls, they came back and he broke the water/ice housing.
