The cost was 10x what we would have paid for just the septic cleaning but it really looked like we needed it. They completed the actual work but left our lawn a mess! Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - we wish we had!

Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. He jackhammered a hole in our wall and replaced the pipe. He primed the pump and left our residence. Within a couple of hours we were without water again. Tried getting in contact with them without an answer. Then we received the bill. $841.48 dollars later we still had no water. They did allow $15 for 3 cinder blocks that cost me $200 to have installed. If you have an extra $1041.48 to throw away this is the company for you. Do not recommend them.
