No apology, no explanation - NO REFUND. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. Myself and another family live 3,000 miles away from our daughters who were college freshman and we were completely reliant upon this company. And they just left the girls waiting for them at 10am, boxes packed and ready to go at the agreed upon date and time. The girls had to move out of their dorms into a storage unit and get on flights home as it was the end of the semester. We paid a 50% deposit and created/executed a contract. The day before the move I called Jorge and he said that he had poor reception and he would call me back. To this day, I have never heard from him or anyone from this company. We had to scramble to find another company! It was awful and very expensive to remedy. Even now, we are still extremely upset and at the very least we would like our money back! An explanation or an apology would also be appreciated.
