Kelly was incredibly helpful and personable that I felt like we were old friends! They made it super convenient by allowing us to pick up/drop off the car in the short term parking lot. No waiting around! Not to mention I saved nearly $1000 compared to those big name rental car companies! The car was not a brand new car - it was a 2012 Chevy Impala - but it was reliable and got us from point A to point B no problem. We rented for 6 months. Just went to pick up her stuff. It's covered in rat scat and rat urine…read moreand thick dust. We will take what clothing is chewed to the laundry mat. The bed, sofa, air mattress are ruined. My husband went to talk to them and they asked if we had insurance, for rats? No. They said too bad. Manager is gone. He said I'm taking everything and throwing it in the middle of the parking lot. They said go ahead. They told him they have know about a rat infestation in their storage units for 2 months. He asked why you didn't bother to tell your tenants? They just shrugged. Super mouthy and then they shut off our code. So he couldn't get back in to get our stuff. Now we are stuck in the storage unit with rat crap stuff minus any furniture that cannot be sanitized and they refuse to answer the phone. Rent at your own risk. So now they let us out because we went to disconnect the gate. It was that or call the police. Unbelievable. I will be at the laundry mat spending a few hundred dollars washing clothes and bedding, shopping for a new mattress and couch and afterwards taking a shower. In bleach. I should have taken more photos of the clothes but hey, if you still find this a viable option for your stuff then renter beware

I called a few days before pickup to confirm everything and they had mentioned how my trailer would be picked up 2-hrs away. I told them it wasn't possible, so they said they would fix it. I show up to the requested location on the day I was supposed to (the same location is gave me on the app and on my reservation) only to be told my trailer was still hours away and I had to go get it. they told me I had confirmed my location the day prior. I had no emails or phone calls the day prior. when I talked to the scheduling office, tammy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to be credited for the additional mileage and she was foul about to. She was so fed up, she canceled my reservation, the same day as my move. I ended up going through a third party to get a trailer. listen to the other reviews. This company is horrible, so is Tammy.

My sister had RV towed to Wallwork Truck Center. They let her plug in for a few days. They…read morediagnosed the problem as needing a new distributor cap and oil change. Total $634 originally. They had 2.5 hours of labor, diagnostic fees, miscellaneous fees, parts ($60 for a cap) plus $80 oil change. They agreed to $456. They replaced the distributor cap and oil change. That didn't fix it so they said that it would be entire distributor. That doesn't fly right with me. They also claim the cap from the ujoint was missing so they were going to charge $250 for that. $700 worth of work. I paid the $455 (should not have paid for anything but the oil change). She had it towed to another mechanic. Less than two hundred later, new spark plug wires and a ujoint from another RV, they are headed on the road perfectly fine. Today Wallworks calls me up to get my sister to change review on Google. Give me a break! The audacity.
