My wife and I dropped off our youngest child at college on Saturday and began our "empty nest" era by booking a couple nights in Supfur at the Artesian. We had never visited here before but it became quickly apparent that this is the place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel had an air of luxury that made us feel special. The spa exceeded all expectations with our couple massage as well. We loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

My husband called the day of the reservation and told them about my situation and he was told "I'm sorry because of our 24 hour cancelation policy, there's nothing we can do". He has tried calling and leaving messages for the management, but nobody will call him back. We are out 600.00 because of an emergency situation that we could not control. I even have a Dr's note from the hospital because he said surely they will do something to help you out. He called the day of so you would think maybe they would refund at least one night to help out or reschedule us for another time.

They clearly value faith, connection, and relationships-- which I absolutely love! They even have an entire lobby and breakfast area with Christian books, movies, and snacks. There were a few things that made our trip a little less comfortable. First, we tried to contact the owners multiple times and never received a response back. They have signs posted saying that guests should feel welcome to reach out via text anytime, but every time we did... we heard nothing. The thing that I am having difficulty getting past was a stain on the comforter of the bed... there was a clear blood stain on the quilt, which made us feel uneasy. We texted the owner asking where we could find extra blankets, since we didn't want to use the comforter, and didn't receive a response back... This made me question the cleanliness of where we were staying. To be fair though, everything else seemed clean! I write this to be constructive and truthful. I'm not sure that we would stay here again, but I can tell many people value and cherish La Ville inn, including the sweet couple we met in the lobby during our stay.
