You should be very careful if you decide to rent from them!!! Read all multiple bad reviews so you are aware of all tricks they do to own your money. They do it very professionally so you cannot return your money legally. They robbed us by adding their most expensive insurance without informing us. We had been already insured via our bank/credit card and via third party insurance. So we didn't need anything in addition. For review and signature they provided a small screen where you don't even see full information. And who would expect such an impudence that they SILENTLY add insurance with the price twice higher than the price for car rent?! We thought we are providing card for refundable deposit. When we found additional charge we spent a week trying to contact them with all possible and impossible ways. No service, no politeness, no eagerness to explain or provide any documents! Unfortunately, our bank was not able to return money as main point during the investigation was that we were there in person and signed. My recommendation would be to request PRINTED agreement. Remember, no matter what they say, their agreement doesn't require to purchase full coverage or any coverage from them. They will push you as I see from other reviews, but you don't have to do this. Read and sign PRINTED agreement and ask for the copies of all docs and receipts you signed. In our case one page was signed on the small screen and the signature was populated on the page with insurance added 1 minute later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM!
