My home was built in the 1960s and so required quite a few upgrades to be brought up to modern electrical standards. If a job went on longer than anticipated they stayed until it was complete or they stayed as long as they could and returned promptly the next day, never sacrificing attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness for the sake of speed. They are extremely knowledgeable about the electrical trade with many years of experience and always work to the highest quality standard. They answered any questions I had with patience and detail. I really have confidence in their work. Brandon Chamberlain, company owner, was very easy to work with via email, phone, and text. He supplied me with detailed estimates and informed of me additional costs when/if necessary based on photographs of my home and detailed notes. Any work completed by Chamberlain Electric should be a great value because it will be done right and last for many years to come. It can be difficult to find reliable, quality contractors these days, especially in smaller towns and more remote areas. Chamberlain Electric is an exception. I highly recommend them for any residential or commercial job. They are good, honest, hardworking people. Another company wanted to replace parts I the house, but only tested with gauges outside. I already knew the unit had no freon in it, that was why I was calling in the first place. I hit the inter-webs to search for another solution and I can say that I am really impressed with Arkansas Air. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. They were upfront about how booked they were, which didn't matter in my particular instance. I explained the situation and they agreed to come out and test the system. They were prompt in their arrival and very professional. After their testing they gave me an estimate of the cost to repair, which was well below what I was preparing myself for. I agreed to the price and they got straight to work. The whole process took around an hour and a half and I got exactly what I needed for a really fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I needed a new outdoor unit which they had priced at more than double what parts and labor cost. I had another company perform the same tasks. I had to wait on the other company to come out to do the job, and the other company saved me over $7,000 of what I would have to pay Arkansas Air. Arkansas Air tried to take advantage and cash out. I do not recommend this company.
