We shipped the part via FedEx on Saturday and by Wednesday we credit appeared on our credit card. So, we only paid the Service Charge and applicable tax. Overall, we give then 5 Stars for Service and Responsiveness!!!

First tech (Blake) did not show up on day, schedule, despite multiple confirmations sent by…read moresystem. As I have a contract, I expect better service!!! I took a whole day off work and waited 9 hours!! Glenn, on the other hand is fabulous and is always prompt, courteous and efficient. When I was able to contact Glenn, he attempted to help me when other tech failed to show up and went out of his way to call & ask other tech to call me! Glenn showed up, as usual, when I rescheduled for next day. Your appt. system is very unreliable, however, tech Glenn is fantastic!
