Great service! Our…read morehouse was unbearably hot in mid-June when our AC unit stopped cooling it. They came out the day I called and did a check and seemed to get it working again. A couple of days later the unit stopped cooling again, so I called. Again, they came out that day and found that a part on the unit had gone bad. He replaced it right then and there and did NOT charge me for a second device call. They were friendly and professional. And compared to some others I've dealt with, pretty fast.

It seemed like they were less than concerned to meet their customers needs because this company is the only one Lowe's in Jonesboro has contracted to install dishwashers. Therefore they have business no matter if they please the customer or not. I would not recommend this company if you have a tight schedule and don't have time to wait around for them to show up at their own convenience.
