Looks like new now. As the job was completed I was given Jeff's card I asked about the problem with our sprinkler system with multiple brown areas in our yard. After the recent hail storm, he came to give us an estimate (very fair) and said if we could wait until the off season, he'd give us $600 off -- all of this in writing. But it wasn't…read moreuntil the 2nd or 3rd time that I realized a pattern that the individual or team would claim they didn't have a specific part during the job and have to leave for an hour or more to get it, and then I'd get charged for the extra time. This would seem reasonable except in all the cases I had them come out in advance to survey the job (simple stuff like installing light fixtures) or send pictures and do pre-calls to ensure there wouldn't be any issues like that - and yet it still happened. Only logical place to go is scam or a level of incompetence, and either way I've felt like I lost some trust with this company and am out an extra few hundred dollars :(
