All of the furniture was outdated and did not reflect our personal styles. I messaged several places to get an idea of what something like this would entail, but Rhiannon stood out as someone who was communicative, thoughtful, and pleasant to talk to. It also became immediately clear that she really knows her stuff and is also willing to work with your individual needs. We did a virtual tour of the room and then chatted about what we were looking for. She sent out a survey to get a sense of our likes and dislikes and aesthetic. It was super easy. Then, she put together some concept boards, and we refined based on the options. We are absolutely in love with the vision that Rhiannon has. The entire process has been so smooth, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to freshen up their home.

As we proceeded with the remodel, we encountered many challenges ranging from wildfires, difficult issues with Edison Electric, and many neglected problems with the home during previous homeowners. It ended up being a very difficult and challenging project. Carolien (who has taken over the business from her mother, Cynthia) rose to each challenge and found a way to make things right. Once we moved in a few unexpected issues arose and Carolien was there to make it right. A large project like ours always has its challenges (we have gone through another major remodel 30 years ago in Phoenix), especially in an older home that is in need of care. It really matters to have someone with a great reputation who cares about the project and has great sub-contractors working for them. I would recommend Cynthia Bennet and Associates for a remodel project.
